Many nurses may wish to undertake training for a different part of the nursing register at some point in their careers. This course provides a conversion opportunity for nurses who wish to move from one part of the nursing register to adult nursing.
2:2 in a Nursing Degree. Applicants need to be a qualified nurse in the UK and have worked as a nurse for at least one year before the start of the course in their initial field of registration (e.g. Mental Health).
International entry requirements: IELTS (Academic) 6.5 with a minimum of 6.0 in writing and 6.5 in all other components, or equivalent.
Successful completion of this 2-year course will lead to a qualification in BSc (Hons) Adult Nursing
Acceptance onto the course depends on factors such as the initial field of registration, holding a nursing degree qualification and the date of the applicant’s original registration

50% of the course is spent in practice placements to gain practical nursing experience in diverse locations like hospitals, community homes, private clinics and community nursing teams

Purpose built skills facilities include simulated hospital wards and community home settings, allowing you to learn and practice various nursing procedures safely.
