Centennial College´s Food Science Technology program examines the many processes that food undergoes as it travels from the field to your fork.
In this advanced diploma program, which is facilitated by the School of Engineering Technology and Applied Science, you gain theoretical, technical and practical training in the three fundamental disciplines of biology, chemistry and food science.
Courses in this college science program teach you to integrate and apply knowledge within the disciplines of chemistry, engineering, biology and nutrition to preserve, process, package and distribute foods that are healthy, affordable, desirable and safe to eat.
The skills you gain will be applicable to a wide range of areas within the food industry.
