The Hospitality - Hotel Operations Management program offers you the business skills and acumen to work in a wide range of areas within this multifaceted industry. Those areas include front desk management, housekeeping operations, food and beverage management and human resources planning.

Industry professionals will lead you as you learn in our Hotel Operations courses, and serve guests in The Local Cafe and Restaurant, 20,000 square foot Event Centre and four boutique style guest rooms. You can also further your knowledge and skills during a 14-week field placement with one of our leading industry partnerships, who will support your learning and development. Throughout the program, you will receive relevant technology-based training and industry certifications (including Smart Serve, Food Handlers and CPR/First Aid) that will be recognized and sought after by top employers.

Graduates of the Hotel Operations Management program have unlimited career opportunities, responding to the needs of guests and providing them with exceptional service and attention to detail. You will be fully prepared to step into key roles within both the front and back of a hotel, and make an impact on the guest experience.
